Adasa presents the key factors to create smart water networks at the World Water Forum

The World Water Forum is the world’s largest water event gathering innovation, technology, challenges and solutions from around the world. The 7th World Water Forum is being held in Daegu & Gyeongbuk, Republic of Korea, from the 12th to the 17th of April.

Population growth and economic development, as well as the impact of climate change are threats to water necessary to meet human needs. At this juncture, the World Water Forum gathers worldwide water stakeholders to discuss and progress in resolving water challenges.

In this edition, Adasa is presenting a conference on water quality monitoring networks and contributes to build together technological solutions that face these water-related issues.

Abstract :
Water quality monitoring networks: success cases of real time monitoring of water quality applied to different uses as pollutant spill tracking and monitoring of pollution events, the protection of environment as well as the control of the input into water treatment plants and the outputs of wastewater treatment plants. Background, technologies involved and real implementations of this kind of networks and its contributions to the new paradigm of Smart Water for the operation and management of water resources.
