Environmental Declaration

The Environmental Declaration is made according to Annex IV of Regulation (CE) Nº 1221/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 25th, 2009, whereby organizations can voluntarily join the European Community Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS). This information is validated and updated annually by an accredited verifier.

The purpose of the Environmental Declaration is to give the public and other interested parties information about the permanent improvement of the Organization's environmental behaviour and impact.

Adasa is a member of Club EMAS, a non-profit organization which campaigns for the interests of EMAS-registered organizations in Catalonia and to improve EMAS's visibility in society. The creation of Club EMAS in 2006 was a pioneering initiative in the European Union.
